Beall & Associates, Inc. is committed to sustainable design. While we are working on a number of projects to be LEED Certified, we believe the principals of sustainable design apply to all projects.

Our extensive experience in Commissioning and Building Diagnostics significantly impacts our design of new projects and enhances our ability to work as a part of a design and construction team.

Beall & Associates, Inc. was the first firm in Hawaii to join the US Green Building Council and Richard L. Beall was the first individual in the State to become a LEED Accredited Professional.
